This s most random thing I have ever encountered. All of the sudden after new install when I move my cursor, my FPS drops to 7 frames? Any ideas?

Someone already solved it. Logitech report rate is to high. RIP. Set to 125 and it fixed issue.

probably only a symptom fix. imrunnig 100hz logitech g502 with no issues.
Did you install the logitech bloatware?
