I'm just glad Uematsu-sama is doing FFXIV. :DDDDDDDD
Anyone else but me realize FF14 is basically FFXI with a V attached to it? YAY FOR EASY TYPING!! (Hey, it's late, and I just came back from a 12-hour school day :( )
Nobuo Uematsu isn't scoring Final Fantasy XIII because he gets to do the entire FFXIV soundtrack. And that's gonna be a huge workload, so he's going to let the other guy shine for a bit. ^^
13 will be traditional FF style which deserves Nobuo where as 14 is online and hearing the music wont trigger specific events in a story so much, if that makes any sense.
FFX had some decent tunes, but nothing memorable besides "To Zanarkand" which may just be because of the storyline significance it always came with.
As long as Uematsu is doing XIV, I can cope with the fact that XIII will probably have a mediocre soundtrack. Then again, maybe Hamauzu really beasts it out and it's amazing. Never know.
