After 17 years, I finally decided to build RDM, and I'm having relative fun. My Fast Cast (FC) is over the cap (traits + gear), but in gear swap files, I'm seeing FC Cure and Curaga sets. If FC is already capped, is there a need to also create a FC Cure set? Like...do they stack to make Cure execute even faster?

Having FC in midcast makes the FC affect the cooldown of your cure spells.

The only things that go past the 80% FC cap are Scholar's "Grimoire: Spellcasting time -" effects from reforged af feet and relic head, and Quick magic procs, afaik.
