4k Menu Size

I have been reading a bunch on this and get mixed information. Could anyone answer/help me with increasing the in game menu size while leaving all other resolutions alone? Windower UI scale messes with my resolution when I increase UI size. I want the 4k experience without the tiny menus. If that's not possible, I can live with it, but I can't find an answer in the forums that specifically answer that question. Everyone says UI scale in Windower, but then that changes my resolution (maybe that's the issue, but it happens each time.) Thank you to anyone and everyone who can assist with this! :D

resolution and ui scale should not be doing anything to each other, that's weird

I have my res manually set to 3840 x 2160, and the ui scale slider set to 1x and that works pretty well for me.
