How Come We're Generally "lulwut" Towards Female Sexual Predators?

Here's a solution. The person violates the law, they are sentenced to jail until the victim reaches the legal age of conscent and has the reason to judge what happened to them. At that point the victim gets to determine the severity of the punishment for the crime based on its effect on them. If they are happy with their quality of life and feel that the person does not deserver further punishment, the person gets released with sexual predator status. If the victim is traumatized when the reach the age of consent to the point where they feel their life will never be the same or be normal, then they can opt to have the culprit finish the full sentence given to them. Where this is really effective, the younger the victim, the longer the sentence. You molest an 5 year old when the age of consent is 17, you're going to jail for a minimum of 12 years. Same situation with a 11 year old, 6 years minimum + whatever state law requires if the victim deams it necessary.

Aside from the deterent of younger the victim the longer the time, this also adds a closure factor in it for the victim. What better way for a victim to heal then to have the decision to forgive or further incarcirate the one who brought such adult drama into their childhood.

Another thing people forget about laws, is that they have to be certain or they are ineffective.

You cannot leave it in the air, so to speak, that person moves on, change worlds, disappears, dies.. What happens then? Make them complete the full sentence regardless? While another in the same position gets to go free?

Our system is based on balance and fairness. The above, whilst idealistic, is just not fair.
