Charger Mantle

Alright, so, I need to find a way to justify this mantle for TPing since I had shitloads of ABCs and nothing to get with it, so I went ahead and got this like an idiot.

My acc is pretty much capped almost all the time with meat (Ace's helm, Hauby+1, Usukane feet, Toreador's ring, Bushi, PCC etc), if I feel I need acc, I pop pizza. Forager's mantle, I believe, is 17.25 attack. Does the fSTR matter more when your acc is almost capped/near capped rather than attack? Is this mantle a TINY upgrade from foragers or not at all? Or is the difference between foragers and this just a placebo effect and shouldn't worry about it too much? D:

Forager's is better 75% of the time if fSTR is not capped which it typically isn't.

Basically waste of ABCs, sorry ;x

The only justification to use that piece of ***is if your fstr is capped. If not, forager is better, hands down, every time.

Any reason to use it on MNK or same ***, different story?

Also use pizza, swap ace's to turban. Ace's is very situational now days.

Same story with mnk. Though, you actually have a chance to cap fstr on mnk, depending on the mob(if you have full usu), but still a waste overall
