I'm pretty fatigued. rode my bike 16 miles today, did 3 sets of squats, crunches, push ups, berpies, ghetto bell squts, and ghetto bell soemthing else. Then after all the leg ***, attempted to jog a mile, but my legs gave out on me (pitty i wasn't even winded). Ramen noodles doesn't carry the energy supply very far. Had a test earlier this morning in anatomy II and got class tomorrow at 8am!
Edit: the biking isn't part of my exercise though, that's mandatory transportation. 8 miles to school 8 miles home from school.
