So if you slept in a car forever or a chair upright forever, you'd never have heartburn or any sleep apnea problems right? It's mostly with laying on your back?


Right now I have zero problems with sleeping/heartburn but I like being proactive
technically yes. But whenever I sleep in my chair i end up face on my keyboard drooling :D I think i got my heart burn stuff from my mom. Hers went away when she got her gallbladder removed. I would pretty much sleep sitting up when I had bad heart burn at night :3

I dont remember mentioning it on here but since i got that mask and cpap machine I dont snore anymore! Still so clunky though :c

the inside of the mask is really soft plastic material but it leaves marks on my face in the morning. Rather have that than not having it tight enough and the air comes out waking me up. I cant really talk with it on, at least bane had that

TIL I can solo ADL \o/ it isn't better for gil than just doing Salvage like I normally do, but it has a chance of giving me a fancy sword
