I'm a lot more flexible than I used to be, but I still don't find sitting like that comfortable.

I do have an adjustable standing desk at work and I switch off throughout the day.

At home the cushion mostly does its job.

Dunno for the former as I still don't understand the point of it anyway but for the latter so people could have music in their kitchen without an under the counter clock radio?
