Stop using full AF3+2, use AF1 body. Also, Ocelot > Tekko.

Unless you have marches >.>

Mind posting entire gearset?

You could possibly make changes elsewhere to reach delay cap while using tekko.

How do you use full AF3+2 and AF1 body at the same time? Teach me your ways, master.

The marginal increase of the Tekko +2 is in no way better than capping haste.

or 4/5, w/e

Tiercel always seems to be forgotten.

The 'Augments Dual Wield' is ***. It has an extremely low proc rate even with full set, haste has increasing returns and will always be better than set effect. The stats on the Tekko are negligible.

My moneys on Ocelot and AF body, set procs are notoriously small.

Dusk Gloves +1 and Usukane feet be better.

haste has the same percentage DPS increase for a 2-hander or a dual wielder, how is it more important for 2-handers?

Also, I think your math is a bit off. My calculations show:

With 15% DW from gear (50% total), haste spell, dual 201 delay katanas, 23.73 gear haste you have 123.1527 delay (2.053 seconds).

With 15% DW from gear, haste spell, dual 201 delay katanas, 25% gear haste you have 120.6 delay (2.01 seconds).

Still comes out to about the same difference though.

Because it lowers their delay more then it lowers ours. Their delay is higher, thus they gain more from haste because it is a % of your total.
Sorry but no.

15% of a 528 delay scythe is 79.2
15% of 402 total delay dual katanas is 60.3

They lose more delay with the same ammount of haste is all I'm saying.
But it's the same percentage DPS increase for both.

example: let's say a nin and a drg are both fighting stuff and each happens to have a DPS of 100 damage/sec. Let's also assume neither has any haste or delay reduction already. If we cast the haste spell on both of them, both of their DPS will increase by 15% to 115 damage/sec. It does not matter that one is using a lower delay weapon.

Look at it like a fraction. 2/4 uses bigger numbers but it's still equal to 1/2. You get a 15% reduction with both meaning they are equal.

Then why did you say they gain more from haste?

I would only say Ocelot > AF3 just because you have a solid 3% haste over a proc rate which you need more pieces for it to proc more and maybe the enm+ because any solid DD that comes in will smash 3-5k ws's easy. But that's only if you're not a kannagi NIN. Also prolly better off using Iga shoes +2 over usu shoes.

Wow. I have both. Im not sure which to wear.
Ocelot hands down. Unless you can find another way to cap haste.

Edit: Why would you want to tp in af+2 anyway? Your acc should be capped so it offers nothing but a small bit of dex and a small proc rate on the set bonus. If your haste is capped by other means there are far better options.
