i have tried some more testings
and now i have a constant 4mp/tick for 2mn30 duration
dont know why it was messing up before

it does stack with relic body ballad sanction and auto refresh trait

At that rate it would now be:

Costs 50 MP, refills 4 MP/tick, active for 2:30 (160 seconds)= a gain of 150 MP per use.

Ok I let this go the first time I say this but 2 min 30 sec is not 160 seconds. And even if it was that comes out to 53.333 tics lol.

Anyways 2:30 is 150 sec ie 50 tics so 50 mp spent to get 200 as already posted. Which is definitely worth it. In fact overall it's the same net mp gain as if a rdm had casted refresh on you lol.

Ooops, you are correct on the 150 seconds (was a typo). I was doing the math with 150 seconds, however, so the rest of the numbers are still accurate. I was saying +150 MP per use because it costs 50 MP to use, so I can't in good honesty say you're gaining 200 MP from a spell that costs 50 MP to use. Since it's self-cast only, you can only gain 150MP from it. (200 MP only for others if you use Diffusion).

Thank you for the correction on my typo of 150 seconds though, DOH! ~.~

lol, that was my thought exactly too. It's good though, it means that any blu doing something with a rdm, you can work it out between the two of you whether or not the rdm's 40 MP is worth more or less than the casting time of the blu, I see this more in a duo situation though. What someone really needs to test though, is whether Battery Charge over-writes refresh, and if refresh over-writes battery charge. Like with filamented hold and slow. Even if you have a 20% Filamented Hold on a mob, every other form of slow or haste will over-write it, even if it's much lower potency. So yeah, I just hope that works as it should.

Anyway, now we just need to see Animating Wail % aaaaaand if it's AOE. (probably not) Oh, and duration.

I got Battery Charge from Pots in the top of Upper Delkfutt's tower. They're DC to 75, so not difficult and not so weak that you gotta dia spam (Although dia spam might be faster with how long it bloody took me to get the spell). Although Sky/Ro'meave might be a better area to farm it.

Dragunov confirmed it's 15% haste according to a post on BG. 53 MP for a 5 minute Haste isn't half bad...

I'd say it's pretty damn good then. Hell I'd almost say it would be worth fully meritted diffusion so you can keep hastega on everyone for only 50 mp half the time lol

Can anyone confirm this for me? It appears as though not only does the gnole move increase your attack upon the initial cast, but it also increases your attack further after performing a weaponskill.

I was killing Flying manta last night to get regeneration, and my base attack was 363. I used embrace and it went up to 378, and then after I used vorpal blade it jumped up to 407 until the effect wore off and it went back to 363.

Has anyone else noticed this? It also appears as though the attack bonuses have a variation. Sometimes it was adding 15, and other times it was adding 20.

From my understanding it depends on the moon phase.

New job traits
Double attack
Dual Wield

Blazzing Bound + Animating Wail = Dual wield (Unknown tier of DW)

Demoralizing Roar+Acrid Stream = double attack(thought to be 10%)

What depends on the moon phase? The additional attack, the additional attack after the WS, or the healing? You pretty much didn't address anything I just said.

For any of you inspiring blues.. unlike what some of us had to, you can now go to COP areas and get spells from the Wyverns there...(Radiant Breath)

and Sacarium, you can get (Memento-Mori).

..even tho I had troubles attempting to get these, I was just reminding the new blues that you can get these here.

I think what he means is the entire effect depends on moonphase which mostly changed and you didn't notice so you associated the increase in the attack boost with ws instead of change in moonphase

Negative on that. The moon phase stayed the same. Try it for yourself. I cast the spell, and did a weaponskill right after checking the previous attack boost just to make sure. So unless the moonphase shifted several times within the course of a 5 minute window, I doubt that's it.

Why the heck would it have to shift several times? You only speak of 1 change in the attack boost, anyways try testing it out more than once?

Regeneration is 10HP/tick for 1:30(90seconds - 30 ticks). 300HP recovery. The Aura Steal is different from the Blue Mage spell, if people were basing what the regen would be from Wikipedia. This basically is 36MP for 300HP or 8HP/MP ratio cure. I think that's the same ratio that Regen I(the most efficient regen) gets.

If this has already been posted, sorry.

I tried it multiple times Dasva. Every time after the weaponskill the attack increased. I could see it perhaps happening once because of a change in the moonphase, but not multiple times.

I killed about 30 manta before I learned the spell. The extra boost occurred at least 6 or 7 times after weaponskilling with the attack boost effect from embrace still being active.

I'll test it more when I get home, but there's no way the moonphase shifted 6 or 7 times within the course of the time I was there killing them before I left for work this morning.

Abyssea La Theine has both mobs for the new spells.
E-5 - E-6
Gigadophnia - Blazzing Bound
Veld Clionid - Acrid Stream

30 mins with gloves got both with ease, bring WHM or Healer with you at minimum, these mobs are not to be underestimated.
