I don't really follow Texas ***all that much, but a DA is the unholy union of the two most corrupt entities on Earth. Lawyer and Government Employee. A DUI actually seems like a Mild Charge, since I'm sure she's got a backlog of Prosecutorial misconduct too.

I can think of several other reasons he shouldn't be in his post that are much better reasons than this, albeit may not be illegal.

On point, actually, much of the heat given to this particular prosecutor was based around her office's investigation of corruption in the governor's office. His veto power was threatened in order to coerce or extort. Perry is about to address the charges, I expect a combative attitude.

Not sure what's worse, the people of Texas that kept him office since 2000, or the people of NJ for re-electing Christie. Them's fighting words Chaos!
(apparently you do not know anything about Texas Politics, when a Republican/Democrat is elected, they generally stay elected until some oddity happens (they lose their election) or they retire). |
