Here you're allowed to have smoking in restaurants as long as the area is closed off from non-smoking with separate ventilation, but I don't know if that's common in other places or associated with Nevada gaming laws or health codes or whatever. I'm sure it's cost prohibitive so not a lot of places have it but free markets yada yada yada.

the casino lobbies have made your state cool. I was smoking all over the *** place in vegas, it was nice.

Here, in january, in 15 degree weather, I'll be at the bar with 2-3 people (randoms) and the bartender, and all 4 of us will go out and sit in my truck to smoke, even though we're the only people even thinking about being there for the next 8 hours or so.

I like to drink in the morning on the weekends sometimes.

Yeah because of the gaming lobby you can smoke in bars here but the go go dancers can't have exposed butt cracks. It's a trade-off really.

lol, that's silly.

*** of neither gender offends me, unless it's an offensive ***. if that makes any sense...

We lost our last strip club here within the last couple months. I haven't been there in maybe 5-6 odd years, but it was nice to know it was there.

You can wear a thong though. I've learned from video games that those and battle bras offer plenty of protection.

Today's issue of Retracted News comes courtesy of CNN, after they ran a story claiming that, in a 2016 email, WikiLeaks offered the Trump campaign early access to hacked DNC information.

Oddly enough, it was the Washington Post that pointed out that CNN made a major error in their reporting of dates, turning a salacious collusion email into a mundane email pointing out what everyone with an internet connection already had access to.

ABC News, you can hand your dunce cap to CNN now.

How is "cyber bullying" actually a thing taken seriously?
Just stop responding to the stupid trolls ffs.
Do you guys remember when I used to take this thread serious and got super bent out of shape over it and the trolls just loved it?
I stopped responding to those trolls and I stopped sharing my personal thoughts here and the backlash ended.
What a *** concept right?

Taking it back to politics Trump is not a bullying as people claim him to be. If anything the media bullies him. He just responds to all the personal attacks which the media should be above. Yea he might be brass and obnoxious but he is just a reflection of the society we live in. Everyone has an opinion and some think there's is important than others. Think of being the President regardless of party. Everything is your fault it's a joke. If people want to take out their anger take it out on Congress.

I agree, Fonewear. He really is a reflection of our own society and so are all our leaders.

I believe the only way to change the way our leaders behave is to first change our own behavior and then society will change with us as we grow and then our society be able to breed the leaders that uphold what is right and just and honest. But we as individuals must first live and embrace these higher standards.

Not to go off on too much of a tangent but I think Facebook has really changed things for the worst. All those crazy people you could avoid now have a platform to spread their crazy thoughts and ideas. We have made ourselves more important than we really are. We have become a degenerate society that cares more about likes and "look at me" status then being a real individual.

Put in other words when everyone has an opinion it kinda lessens the effect and becomes like white noise. It is hard to get through all the *** and find good and interesting ideas.

It used to be where I only had to deal with the intrinsic stupidity of people I actually interact with, and I could generally avoid the biggest psychos entirely.

Now the people I interact with are parroting the words of the biggest psychos. Why? Because now the biggest psychos all have figurative megaphones and won't shut up, which makes people think that these fringe ideas are now mainstream, cool, and completely acceptable.

Gun people!

A few years back, my dad was metal detecting around camp while we were hunting and he dug up what appears to be a WWII AP round of .30-06 Springfield. Before he threw it back, I decided to keep it and brought it home and cleaned it off, this round has probably been in the dirt 30 years or more and the casing had a bit of crust-looking stuff. Being that I love old brass for some reason, question is if I got a .30-06 at some point, and decided to fire the round, if the elements haven't rendered it inert, would it be safe and possible to throw it in a tumbler with other brass, clean and reload it?

I've never really had a run-in with brass that has been buried that long. I have a round of .45 ACP a that has been buried and tarnished black but the brass and bullet are both shiny, not crusty.

I'm not sure if I want to try to fire it, pull it apart and remanufacture it after cleaning, or simply keep it as an antique and hope I run across more WWII stuff.

My Enfield in my baby but .303 British isn't a very good candidate for reloading. I do plan to get the stuff to reload it though, make my own hunting ammo since I'm using cheap Serbian ammo atm. Very good cases but burns dirty and the bullets are very...meh, accurate but it's not to my liking, gonna see about reloading the PPU brass with some Barnes copper hollow points.

A good rule of thumb is to always record these kinds of experiments. We'll be wanting to see a video called "Crazy Oklahoman Tries to Fire Crusty Old Bullet" on YouTube soon.

The one guy more obsessed with impeaching Trump than CJ

http://www.latimes.com/opinion/op-ed/la-oe-mcmanus-steyer-20171112-story.html

Tom Steyer the guy is a billionaire proof that money can't buy sanity. If he were to get Trump impeached he would want to impeach Pence...so what was point of spending money on this ***. Couldn't he be feeding the hungry cause he is a good liberal.
