Probably having a total brain fart here, but I never quite understood the difference in general between a monitor and a TV. Presumably a monitor is a display device typically using DVI/VGA outputs while a TV has outputs mainly for "cable" and contains a tuner allowing one to change channels?

I dunno, I'm semi-confused. But either way that monitor looks amazing for the price if you don't mind resting it on a flat surface.
