So I've never gotten this straight... Is swapping equip/face .dats against the ToS? I tried reading the ToS under the sections I thought .dat would fall under, and couldn't find anything.

I've asked people I know, some who do, and some who do not swap, and most of them say its not against the ToS. Then there are the people who say it IS against the ToS...

Which is it?
