You can't be upset with them if they decide to suspend/ban you from their "game" for electing to do that, and you can't deny that in doing so, you were knowingly undermining the game's rules... That's close, but it's more like counting cards at the Blackjack table. Can't prove it without the party admitting to it, but the house doesn't like it cause it's money lost. Same goes for windower, can't prove they are using it unless they admit to it.
