I have 62 alchemy on a mule. Right now I'm pretty steady above 600k (prob 700k if my AH stuff would sell). That's plenty to pick up crafting again.
I also have clothcraft, bonecraft, and smithing mules, but alchemy is my top priority when it comes to crafting.

If you have the funds then keep lvling NIN. At least you'll have a job that can solo some to farm more funds.
NIN is sorta cheap on the pocket from 1-37.
Got a lot of good NM drops that can be used and getting some of those EVA+ gear in the AH isn't too expensive. I have mine at 31 and have most of the gear I need to get it to 37.
