^^ just sit outside with some water until you get used to it. I always think back when I was a lil kiddo and being in the heat all day, but didn't care. I can relate to the not being hungry and feeling like crap once you go back inside. Just start off with baby steps. Setup a sprinkler outside to cool off with.
