In theory that's not a bad idea. Unfortunately it will only affect TP gained gained over time to the mob. The only thing that lowers TP given to the mob is Subtle Blow, which in my opinion is a highly underestimated bonus. The only real downside is very few jobs contain the trait and the gear selection to use it is equally limited.
