The way I would do it is:

5/5 Phantom Roll Recast: The only major downside in BRD vs COR is COR cannot overwrite their buffs with the same ones, and there is a 1 minute delay between them. To lower this even by only a handful of seconds would get everyone fully buffed much faster and as a result gives you more time to focus on DDing and whatnot.

5/5 Quick Draw Accuracy: I would have normally done recast however, the double charge update quickly changed my mind. It's nice that QD is dependent on only two individual stats for both DMG & accuracy, however assuring you get through resistances is key. Being able to do 366 unresisted wind shots on Kirin makes me smile ^^

5/5 Winning Streak: 80 second longer buff durations, do I really need to explain why this is awesome? :3

1/5 Fold: For those times when you get doubles sixes or just rotten luck, it's really nice to have just in case, being short of one buff can be quite a handicap when keeping a merit chain going and even for the scary HNM stuff too.

1/5 Loaded Deck: Loaded Deck has a horrific success rate and even just one merit in this vastly improves it's chances of not missing. Although I don't use this JA frequently enough for this to really really matter, but it helps nonetheless. If you want long and successful roles, you can sacrifice this for 4/5 Snake Eye

3 or 4/5 Snake Eye: This is perhaps the most useful JA of all. I can't count how many times i'm just shy of lucky and because unlucky is always 4 above lucky and alot of the most commonly used buffs are dangerously on edge to a bust, this JA will help assure your buff is at highest capacity possible. Not to mention rolling a ten = insta 11.
