It really depends. As of right now, hell no, since I'm moving to Ramuh soon anyway. If I don't get contacted within 24h, obviously the person doesn't care.
If it's a friend, of course I'll pay 'em back.

I usually spend gil instantly, so they better catch me when I'm not eyeing something expensive...or the "Sorry, spent it already" excuse doesn't appear.
