Of course they can make town ones less frequent. the only reason they were frequent in the past is because it was the only place we had. It was suicide to fight outside of the towns honestly, lol.

I just hate how NPCs really own now. It makes fighting with them boring since they do like 1k+ WSs and like 300 damage a swing. ><; kills our exp.

I only really want this back since, by the sounds of things, they are killing fort whacking. If we are forced to fight, let us fight in more interesting places! ; ;
