Discoid + Cura is win. It casts very quickly and uses very little MP as well.
My Esuna macro also macros in Misery just before casting.
I macro in Celerity for Auspice so I can get in and get out.
OP apparently doesn't understand the endgame application and is only familiar with standard XP party formation and typical XP monster behavior.
