I hate to say it but screenshot credibility is questionable at best. Also SE has little to no jurisdiction outside the game. Only inside FFXI do they have the right to do whatever they want, whenever they want. However, if this was worthy enough to be brought to their attention it could certainly be a catalyst to an in-depth investigation on the group involved. But really that's as good as it's gonna get but it certainly doesn't hurt to try.
