This one's pretty hard to get done. It's Couerl in fire, thunder, wind or light weather.

Has anyone done or attempted this one? Any info on common weather pattens or camps?

grab a lv 60ish friend and sync to them, then abuse Couerl in the sanctuary of Zi'tah ^^. Only Thunder or water weather there, best to check weather NPC before heading out~~ Good luck~!

Best bet is to level sync somewhere with a friend. The only option really for higher levels is Meri(S) under fire weather, idk if wind weather pops up there.

What about the Labyrinth of Onzozo? Wind weather is semi-common there and the Toramas are EP. Might even get Ose to pop.

I did LOO, weather happened pretty often, wasn't too bad
