Just finished a re-install of windows 7, finished re-installing FF but cant get passed playonline login to update. Getting the following error:

POL-5312
The Square Enix ID, Square Enix password, or one-time password entered is incorrect.

I know all of my details are correct, i've used the POL ID/password to login at their site and the same for my SquareEnix ID/password.

Any suggestions as to how i can fix this without having to call the useless customer support?

Keep trying? I think I had this bug once, but I kept trying to login and got on it eventually.

Tried for about an hour last night, then another hour this morning before work. Also tried changin my SE password to no avail. Will keep trying though, seems like a typical Playonline bug... thanks for the input.

is your SE account linked? Try linking your pol and SE account and put the info on POL.

Did you receive any SE email? I know a friend of mine had the same problem or somehting like that because SE changed his password so he had to contact a GM on their support-website....

Aye, I linked it back when I received my token, when i try it again it says its already linked.

I've noticed it says on the SquareEnix account management website that my token isn't currently registered, even though i've been using it for 6 months [logging in with SE password + one-time password]. When i try re-register it wont accept the serial on the back of the token though.

Only emails i've received from them have been automated ones when trying to change my SE password. I know for a fact my details are correct as i've used the POL/SE details to login to their respective sites. POL just wants to annoy me it seems...

IDK I think it's a POL bug but in advance contact SE through phone, they are closed on weekends I believe, so you have till today or wait till monday.

Their phone service sucks, but it can be quite helpful.

Phoned support, they highlighted my stupidity by informing me i was using the wrong square-enix ID (turns out i setup 2 accounts by mistake when having some problems after receiving my token ~ was 5 months ago in my defence)

Used new ID but still wouldn't accept my password, phoned them again and they suspended my token to test login. Seems once they reactivated the token everything worked fine, strange.
