WTB Pantin Cape, And Luminian Thread.

I'm looking to buy these two items as a last resort effort. I've been after them forever and it just doesn't seem like it's going to happen. Also this is the only relic I need/want for any of my jobs, so joining a dyna ls that does cop zones maybe once a month is pointless.
