HAHA meh I don't do netflix.... You can press ctrl+b to toggle the only bar, it gives you as much room as firefox does.
Firefox is slightly slower than chrome at loading pages, but Firefox has the lions share of aps and plugins. Chrome gets far less memory leaks too. tl;dr
