FFXIAH.com Changes Soon

I made many changes to FFXIAH.com lately, largely on the backend but also some frontend stuff. They aren't currently in affect but you will know when they are.

Frontend or Interface Changes

Clean URLs

Tooltips
FFXIAHify Improved.
Tooltips generated wherever applicable on FFXIAH.com

Translation
Expanded translation support. Possible additions of French,German, and Spanish.

Map Page
Having some trouble with Google API's it will be down for now.

Item Page
Owned and Equipped links added.
Relic owner list better organized.
Maat cap no longer has owner list.
Truncated max recipe listing for performance reasons.

Item Search
More powerful stat filters.
Example: http://www.ffxiah.com/search/item?stat[]=6:1:5 == Items with DEX >= 5
StatID:Operator:Value
I still need to create an interface for this. Multiple stats filters can be done per query.

Player Search
Auto redirect on direct character match for selected server has been disabled. This personally annoyed me. This might add an extra click for some people, for others it will save them alot of trouble. (ie changing servers then re-searching)

Added owned and equip filters, Example:

Owned = Has been scanned via the LSC.
Equip = Has this item currently equipped.

Recipes Page
Recipes will each have an individual page.
Comments are enabled and can be used to scrutinize invalid data or add information to a recipe.
Design is slightly changed.

Player Page
Added Mythics to achievements tab.
Smaller squared thumbnails for the screenshots.

Screenshots
Uploading system completely redone.
Cropping bug fixed.
Better support for larger images in filesize and resolution.
Screenshots are linked to your user account as well as items or characters if applicable.

Relic Page
Some pages have been fixed and better organized.

Achievement Page
Better organized and faster browsing.

Item Set Page
Design slightly changed.

Database Page
Alot of data has been removed for now. Showing basic auction house data.
The data needs to be optimized and better organized before being added.

General Interface
Navigation bar on most pages, sort of like bread crumbs.
Min/Max/Some buttons for comments/screenshots/price histories are managed better.
Rating of comments and screenshots are virtually instant.

Members Homepage
Redesigned

Member Pages
Friendlist redesigned
Itemsets redesigned
Playersets redesigned
Bazaar redesigned
Wanted redesigned
each page only slightly redesigned to avoid confusion.

User Pages
Will eventually show user data and linked characters, comments, forum posts etc. (similar to a char page) I need to carefully work on a unlinking feature first.


Backend Stuff

New MVC style framework added.
Increased security measures.
Better Debugging.
Better code organization.

Hopefully this will result in faster development of future applications and bug fixes.

Expect some bugs, I can't find them all myself!
