I prefer the battling aspect, but I'm too lazy to breed perfect Stats/Natures/etc and do all the annoying EV training ; ;
I'm not hardcore enough to focus on EV's, but I'll restart/recatch Pokemon for certain natures that I use on my team. Same for certain abilities. Eli will keep restarting until she would get shiny legendaries/starts. Now that's hardcore, rofl.
nuuuu i was afk and missed my third(4th page) page get. ;;
I think I got one of Ash's mom and Mr. Mime somewhere....
I hate the new pokemon games, RBY are *** gods among games, at least handhelds. Gold/Silver were acceptable, but the rest were utter trash(imo). I just don't like the style and how they took it away from ash and keep changing the characters. Most importantly I HATE the newer pokemon, they all look like remodels and reskins of old pokemon OR really gay drawings, like a 5 year old designed them... I mean a gay little flaming monkey... its not only a bad idea, it's a reskinned Apom, *** off.

Yeah they're pretty much just taking anything and adding eyes to it...and adding -mon to the end of it.
Eh, I like how they progressed. I admit I hate how they're making Pokemon more 'cute' rather than badass.
I couldn't play Red/Blue again though. With all the new moves and abilities and Pokemon for team combination, it would be difficult.
Also the Battle Frontier has basically added Pokemon Stadium/Colosseum into the game, which adds way more play time and many more rewards. With Gen I~II (until Crystal with the Battle Tower), once you beat the Elite Four...you were done. Now I have a reason to keep playing.
And personally, I like Diamond/Pearl/Platinum's adventure the best so far.
You would play it like a normal mmorpg when grinding where you would pick a pokemon out and use its moves, kinda like how bst works in FFXI with jug pets, choose its move ect.
When you battle another player though you get locked in place and it would play like pokemon stadium using real time graphics. With games like FF14 sporting amazing graphics... imagine how pokemon could look rendered like that?
Armor could give +stats to the pokemon or something, would be fun as *** to me.
we all want a pokemon mmo, theres one running illegaly actualy and not just about anyone can get an account. I looked it up months ago, not sure if the site is still up, just takes a little research.
theres a couple other crappy ones not worth your time, but specifically one that looks quite good and doesn't let just anyone make an account. it's overcrowded.
Due to the 500 pokemon seasons they made based off the anime, they would have enough ideas to make several expansion, one per season of new areas. Honestly speaking, it's a *** gold mine.
that wud be awesome. Hope its not run by SE, their would be glitches every update where you could steal others pokemon... better get a decent company for it. XD
Driving alone for 10+ hours gets me thinking about a lot of things, and one thing that came into my head was all the stuff i did on Pokemon games when I was younger.
As i was driving i took notes on my cell phone (So dangerous) especially during winding roads through mountain passes in Utah >.>;
-I also mashed the B button thinking it would help my chances catching a pokemon
-I always tried to avoid trainers for some reason (Unless it couldn't be helped)
-I always tried to avoid tall grass unless I had to run through it
-I always did the missingo. glitch on blue/red
-In Gyms, i would put sooo much effort into trying to avoid as many trainers as I could so i could just get to the gym leader
-I found using rocks in the safari zone helped my chances of catching pokemon with the safari ball
-I always ALWAYS got Magikarp as early as possible so I could make it into a Gyarados, although it was a pain in the ass making him my main pokemon then switching him out for half exp, since all it knew was splash. Even when it learned tackle it was still weak.
-I always avoided using potions and would horde them. If there was a pokemon center near i would go there instead.
-I had no strategy whatsoever. I never used moves such as Leer or Screeh. I would only make my pokemon have the strongest attacks and just zerg everything.
-I never evolved the beginning 3 pokemon. I had a high level Bulbasaur.
-I never ran from wild battles, even though I had no chance of living.
-I always tried to do that Mew glitch, it just never worked for me...
-I would always have the "Lol" pokemon but i would keep it at the daycare until the end of the game when it came out 50 levels stronger. (For me it was mainly a Meowth)
-I always avoided using the masterball, even on Mewtwo
-My team was never balanced
-I for some reason would always hunt Dugtrio in the Diglett tunnel because early in the game I thought he was badass.
-I always got sad the S.S Boat whatever thingy left and I could never get back on it again.
-I always had a Haunter
-I never was able to evolve a Haunter,Graveler, etc because I had no friends who would trade with me.
-I never tried to fill the pokedex. I was never a completionist with pokemon
