Wireless Ps3 keypad.
I've been playing FFXI on ps3. I saw a wireless keypad that attaches to the controller. Will it work on FFXI?
If you mean for typing, yeah it should.. If you mean working for controlling your character, I highly doubt it.
If it's anything like the Xbox counterpart, yes.
Oh just as a warning, as I had one, you'll find having the thing attached to the controller is more annoying then convenient, I had the offical PS3 one, and it got in the way of using the R1 and L1 buttons sometimes, it also throws the weight balance of the controller off, not so bad for games like Final Fantasy, but racing and FPS games, it did negatively effect my performance.
nice i was planning on getting this one for controller but slips post is true, id rather get a keyboard now.
Well it works on the Ps3, but when I'm logged in on FFXI, nothing works. Is there something I need to download, or what?
im guessing your ffxi ingame configurations? check them.

Trust me, you're better off, I ended up just tossing the wireless one aside and never touching it, and using my USB keyboard instead. I wanted the wireless one as it's not exactly convenient to put a full sized keyboard in my lap as the room is set up, but overall, the lesser of the two evils was the USB. Ingame config I've tried on both keyboard types. Nothing.
Hmm just buy a regular wireless keyboard I guess. >.> 3.4 ver Ps3

on that note: anyone play LBP? i cant find anyone to team up with online anymore :/ Thanks for help I'll just run it back for refund. LOL
