Well, I found out I really hated Twisted Treeline after that though, too many gank spots, no fun :(.
Especially when my teammates are just charging in like bosses and stuff. :| Soraka's Ult makes it really easy to get assists. That's why a lot of guides suggest soulstealer on her.
I remember hearing they changed that. It doesn't give assists anymore.
Hate playing pvp with randumbs though. :( One dude bitched at Deus(Minefield) for having less deaths than him. Telling him he should rush in and dieeee
twisted tree > summoner's rift. i find it to actually be less ganky. it just sucks when you play 3's all day then get thrown into a 5 and forget about the other 2 people til you're dead.

God I hate ranged players who focus just on kills in pvp. HEY THEY HAVE TWO TOWERS ALMOST DEAD WITH 4 OF THEIR TEAM WIPED OUT. INSTEAD OF FOCUSING ON THAT, LET ME GO FIND THAT FIFTH PLAYER.
I tried LoL but I got bored after 1 game :/
Akali is pretty bad
Bonus damage and lifesteal passives. Burst damage, distance coverage, great getaways. Don't even get me started with Akali, even playing with one, I almost feel I'm not doing anything. I basically just sit back and watch Akali(if it's on my team) kill everything in sight, while I go make a cup of tea. :|
Vsing one though, ...NEVER. GETTING. AWAY. Spell vamp does cap fyi, and I played soraka just last week and my ulti gave assist Oo It only gives the assist IF they really get healed by it, meaning they had to have had taken some dmg.
Edit: Yeah, nothing in her patch history about them ever removing it's ability to give assist http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Soraka_the_Starchild/Background I've been using her a lot, really liking her. Then again I love the assist type characters that in the heat of battle, it's up to me to keep the team alive while they pown the whole other team and then some.
When I play her I spend probably 50% of my time staring at the names on the left, staring at their HP/MP. XD Nobody going to die >:U! My favorite support of late has been taric. I just like saying "I'MA DAZZLE HIM" on TS.
