he was renting his home with stupid people. Two married couple, who had criminal backgounds. they guess it was drug and money based.

for instance, there was one time in the home when someone they owned money to flashed a gun and was screaming at one of the room mate's outside.

They would steal money out of his wallet and his medications when he had bladder cancer.

He was telling friends he wanted to kick them out. So it is no surprise what happened :(.
