FFXI And FFXIV Perk Question.

It says that the perk of a lower subscription fee for FFXI will last until january. However due to the way its worded and how SE usually messes up translations...

Does this mean that you will have cheaper FFXI until january then the price reverts to the normal price?

Or

Does this mean that you have until january to get both games linked to your SE account to have permanant lower FFXI cost...
