I'm still calling refresh 2 as 5mp/tic. Also, BRD can now get a ballad+1 horn, which would put ballad II+III @7mp refresh. But I *** bet you rdm AF3 legs only put refresh 2 up to 6mp/tic...

I'm calling a 6 mp per tick Refresh II.
MP cost 55 mp per cast, 6 mp per tick for about 245 mp gained, 50 ticks at 6 mp per = 300 mp total, minus the 55 mp per equals 245 mp gained for the RDM.
With composure up, lets say 845 mp total.
Still badass.

Why's Addle lame? Seems good for soloing. If spell casting time is long enough, you can possibly outrun some deadly spells, amirite?

I'm with you. I think it will only be 5mp/tick. And yeah, BRD gets that new horn and AF3+2 legs also get +1 ballad... so they'll be the beasts at refresh from now on.

300 mp gain - 60 mp cast = 240 mp net
vs.
150 mp gain - 40 mp cast = 110 mp net
Composure: (over 7.5 minutes)
900 mp gain for a 840 mp net
vs.
450 mp gain for a 410 mp net

Refresh II does not work with Accession.
If you have Refresh I on, and you cast Refresh II it will overwrite it. But the other way around you will get 'no effect' so no, they do not stack.
It costs 60 MP to cast, 6MP a tick.
Do not know if it stacks with Composure.
Do not know the total MP returned.

I'd imagine Refresh II would overwrite Refresh but not the other way around... just like with Regen.

It scales with Enhancing skill. When I tried Gain-VIT, it was +5 at 276 and 301 skill, +6 at 311, +7 at 322, and +8 at 332. So presumably gains a point per 10 skill after a certain level, potentially making these rather potent in the long run.

so with af3 pants we are looking at 7mp per tick, where as bard is getting 9? unless it increases our refresh more then 1/mp per tick.
Avelle is your enhancing magic capped? If not then it could possibly not be at full strength; if so then um thanks SE for making people say now rdm can't QQ about getting nothing new when all we got was the scrap end of the other jobs. I mean wtf does blm and sch get occult occumen but not rdm? Honestly all SE is doing now is slapping in our face and laughing. Unless addle turns out to be super bad *** with the spell cast time increase and nms like bakka become more manageable.
Side note I can't wait to break the lvl cap and use the new JA.

Well, bard would be using all of their usefulness(2 songs) to get that 9mp/tick, while it'd just be a side chore for RDMs, so honestly, I'm glad BRD's refresh can go higher.

With... but given the duration of other spells I doubt it was because of composure. Also you can only have one up at a time and lower potency ones will have no effect if you have a higher potency one on but a higher or equal potency will overwrite
