Anyone Else Have Issues With The 14 Client?

Um... Heya Guys and Gals
I just downloaded the FFXIVsetup and that loaded just fine but when I get trying to load the game to start downloading the patches a/d/or updates it doesn't want to load and get an error message of some sort. Here is what I have for a computer...
Sony Vaio Laptop
Inter(R) Core (TM) Duo CPU P8400 @2.26 GHz 2.27 GHz
Memory (RAM) 3.00 GB
System Type: 32-Bit windows Vista
With a lame *** Moble Intel(R) 45 Express Chipset Series Processor to DRAM Controller 2A40 for a Graphics Card I'm not sure what that is compared to other graphics card. It would be cool if someone could tell what that is equivalent to with other Graphics cards. Um... I not sure what you guys would need to know but I'm getting this message and just am wondering if anyone is getting the same error message.

But he's not even trying to load the game. He's trying to load the patcher. I don't see why it would crash based on hardware.

The loader is causing my Core 2 Duo 3.33GHz, OC'd to 3.994, to cap out at both cores 100% -- during updates only. The game never breaks 40-45% on both cores and all effects on. GPU never reaches more than 75% load.

Seems like shitty programming on the loader/updater for this beta. I reported it to SE and they just said thanks~ Might be one of the same leaks causing your problem too. Hopefully this loader/updater isn't the official release version~

I have something similar to this, only it's not APPCRASH, but an abnormal file termination in Runtime.

HEY!!! I have been having the same exact problem, and sadly, i have the same graphics card as you, which leaves me to believe that it is the card ;_;. Have you found a way to fix this yet? cuz i have been wanting to play SOOOOOO much. my cousin got on, and i wanna play w/ him.

its not the GPUs thats causing the crashes

i tested both my PCs this 1 has a 8600GT and my other PC has 2 480's after a good while a playing the game crashes
