2 Pet Slimes?!?!

But yah, a Magic-Casting pet would be pretty boss, Maybe.

I'd settle for a bird type personally, that way BST can cover all charmable family types.

Most bird types are awful, with terrible defensive and offensive abilities, but i wouldn't mind a crow. at the very least Damnation Dive would be interesting.

As long as they don't "Lame out" on us and give us just Wing-cutter and Helldive.

Technically amphiteres are birds... as are ***, rocs, hippos, apkallu... all nice "birds"

except, They'd have to be charmable...

Is there a rule that jug pets have to be something you can normally charm? And do you think SE will always abide by that lol?

Yes, there is. As per today every Jug pet we have is currently a family that can be charmed.

Until this pattern is broken it is indeed a rule that has been cohered too.

However, Its not to say we cannot hope for the ability to charm new families, however unlikely, as it would open doors to new types of pets.

however my money is on them simply introducing new jug pets for families we can currently charm, but have no jugs for. like say Puks, Bats, Crows, Slimes, Opo-opo, so on.
