Tweeking Pc For Ff14 Please Assist...

just trying to get everything reaDY for sept 22nd... does window7 32bit or 64bit make a diffrence in running ff14 i can run both? i have the visiontek radeon 5670 grapics card what drivers is best for ff14? and where would i find them? is there any 3rd party drivers or anything that would help make ff14 run better or get better score on benchmark??? anything you can tell me would be greatly appreciated!!!
