Hi,

how will this look like, when we start to play and choose our char in FFXIV? If for example, i want to play with a couple of friends on the same server, do we have to discuss beforehand which one we choose, or will we land on random server, to make all server balanced with enough ppl from all possible countries?

Pretty sure its selectable. Don't hold me to that though

Assuming it's the same as the beta, you'll be able to select any server that isn't full.
