Mainly, aim for AF3+1 hat to replace Acubens (Pretty sure AF3+1 has 5% haste and other stats), which will allow you to drop a ton of accuracy gear in your TP set. Aim for Bullwhip Belt, or get an RSE level 50 ring for 4% haste. (Should be able to abuse Cruor buffs to get into yellow HP.) For WS, use Warwolf over Sentry. Throwing Haub in your WS set should be more than enough accuracy to allow this. Though, I just quickly glanced over it so I could be off on that.

I knew I was missing something (Shinobi ring)

The jump from 25%->26% haste in gear is really like a gain of 0.39%~ haste or something dumb. And yes, Dual Wield on NIN is absolutely incredible once you get AF3+2 hat. 10% right there. That's a nice TP set o_o 1.1 seconds between sets of 2-3 attacks D:
