"FAIRplay" linkshell of Phoenix
WE created a new and fair linkshell for people of Phoenix to join :)
Anyone interested in joining a nice group of people and willing to participate in fair and uncomplicated dramaless fun are welcome to join us :)

We'll aim to get a pearl to you when online with one of our leaders.
We aim to do events on various days, from around 3pm EST / 8pm GMT.

i like how linkshells who feel the need to point out that they are "fair" and "drama-free" always wind up being equally bad as any other linkshell, of not worse :)

A fair LS is stupid, a real LS leader should just use their members to get what they want then server jump with the LS bank

We are planning to do events weekly and depending on the members who join we could do several time zones IF we structure well. It also depends on the playtime habits that people have.. Ie.. having enough members online and a good site <which we are creating now> it'll be nice if when you're farming seals for af or needing extra power for NMs/Quests and trials... there will be plenty of people around for ya Weekends are a good option for all time zones to get involved too :) At the moment we got GMT and EST members joining up. icephase Phoenix.Wackatramp said: Baha. You should have stopped at 18 at the most. Good luck with your abyssea runs when 25 of the 30 people want to go. kk to answer your question why?
having 20-30 members does not mean all of them would attend all events. Good luck running a shell. If you think you'll be drama free with 30 some odd people you are in for a rude awakening. Just stay the course with your rules and be ready to be hated after a few months.
On the plus side there is little reason to keep an ls bank these days since most gear is rare/ex or can drop with regular frequency if done correctly. So you can avoid the bank issue. Thanks Ragnarok.Harpunnik
Yep tbh with previous knowledge of running a shell before.. it's a big job.. but not worried about the possible dislike to the rules we set in the linkshell. However the team we have are fantastic and the rules have been set simple.. and accepted by all who join. The most important is that we enjoy playing FFxi and experience great fun together... and it's those people i want to recruit. xx kindest regards icephase |
