When I am searching for my character under Trabia I am unable to locate her.

Eclipse Haven

"No Data" comes up, only if I type "Eclipse" do I find myself. Also nothing if I type Eclipse H.

Please let me know if it something I need to do with my account.

I searched "Haven"

Edit: I just tried your search: Eclipse Haven and "no data" was displayed as well
