Look at my speedo/profile pics lol, those are my only real before pics since that was taken before last semester and I was bike riding/getting more exercise.
As for my arms, they're what I notice the most about my work out routine. Oh don't get me wrong mate, ya look damn good. Your arms are cut, just tiny looking in the photo. Not that there is anything wrong with a lean build :P
