counter Rate testing
was just wondering if anyone had tested the counter Rates of the Gnarled Horn (Minor) and the new Roaring Laughter (Major) to see if they might stack with counterstance etc maybe get closer to 100% rate and figured I'd ask the monks ^^
from what I hear Roaring lightning is only 10%, despite it's description of being counter major. Which would put coutner rate at like 80-85%, if there were no hard cap. Personally, I'd rather just use a damage atma as my third and get more benefit. 70% + perfect counter is more than enough.
But RL is also 40 STR so kinda dd atma too. Also someone tested RL with GH or w/o? Maybe ther eis hard cap and RL was giving only 10% on top of GH? I was rather considering replace GH with RL if RL would happen to be like 10% counter more then gh.
