I don't see the strategy towards doing that when releasing a system :( wouldn't they sell more at full price if everything was compatible?

Removing backwards compatibility saves on cost though and pretty much everyone wanting a PS4 has a ps3 or at least a ps2.

I don't think I've had an ear infection since I was like 2 or 3, but infections like that in general are pretty awful. Get well soon.

They can make more money without backwards compatibility, it's to keep sales for the PS3 strong, and to promote buying games from their PSN store.

Disc based. You can download ps2 games from the store. Kali has a ps2 though so it's probably easier to just go into gamestop and finding w/e game she wants.

Really good PC? I i3/i5 and a midrange..hell a low end card can run PS2 games fine now.

No. The program inside PS3 to play the PS2 games is weak as ***. So your PS2 games look better on PS2.

There's an upscaller thing but I don't really notice a difference. but I can only play ps1 games. :3
