Random Thoughts.....What Are You Thinking?

I'll be working at the same company as my husband. They need someone to solder parts to boards. My husband took some of the stuff I'd make with my soldering hobby in to show his boss, and his boss liked it. (I had made a heart board with blinking red LEDs, and a tiny phone charger I could stick in my purse that runs off a battery, and a Simon Says game where LEDs light up in a certain pattern and I have to repeat the pattern. The pattern gets longer and longer til I mess up, and then the game is over and I have to start again.)

Anyways. It'll be nice to be able to carpool to work with my husband, and it will be REALLY nice to sit in my own quiet corner and play with a soldering iron all day and not have to deal with loads of people or the general public. But I'm nervous that if I mess up or just suck at it, my husband will be ever so embarrassed! And he's an engineer there, so he's one of the more higher-ranking people, so if nobody likes me they will all fake it because engineer husband, and that's also embarrassing. D:

The pay isn't so great, but it's a right sight better than I'm making now sitting around at home! ^^

But Liela, you could always teach little kids about poetry....

Poems are about all sorts of things. Beds included! :-) Besides, no one expects you to be perfect in a creative writing class. That's why there's a class for it. You'll be ok!
