Is it because of a loss of "fight" protocol and a lack of an adolescent "right of passage" that situations like internet bullying occur and intensify? People know it's a no-holds-barred atmosphere?
Cyber-bullying is rampant because most bullies/trollers hide behind anonymity so they won't get any backlash.
In rl, bullies were often brought up with selfish ideas and low-to-no parental guidance. We all remember when we were about 2-5 years old and we always wanted everything until we learned the value of sharing and what isn't ours. Some people just never learn this concept and therefore take by force. The physical force is there for people who fight back.
... that is what is on my mind so we'll end that there as this thread isn't to be tarnished.
