My favorite arcade game was at my dentist's office when I was a kid. I don't remember the name of it, but it had some kung fu characters or whatever, and the only thing I really remember is after someone gets hit, the judge went, "STOP! ...Judge......... Red."

I semi grew up around a lot of bars. I miss the old sit down games. My favorite was Galaga.

Yeah, that was it! It was a pretty crappy game (that I can remember, at least) and I was horrible at it, but it was free at the time, and the audio was always hilarious.

It's in my nature. But, if it helps you feel better, I like the idea. I just don't have the scientific capacity to even begin to fathom how to understand how that could work or if it's even possible or if it would be effective, etc. What we do need is gravity boots, though!

If the power supply isn't set right, it'll arc.

I don't know if you remember me mentioning this but about a month ago I was working around someone that accidentally reversed a capacitor and when he plugged it in, the pressure from the blow out blew out the glass that covered the RGB monitor.

Scared the piss out of me.
Yeaaaah, I would probably poop myself if I was around something like that.

I wish I could share your enthusiasm with reconstructing arcade games. I'm the kind of guy who doesn't question how it works as long as it works. My quick fix with electronics is brute force. Smacking things seems to work pretty well.
