Random Thoughts.....What Are You Thinking?

I have all of my grades posted but two of them, and they're the two I'm most anxious about. One because my professor is a tough grader and she said that she didn't want to see any "fluff" in the paper. I don't think my paper was "fluffy", but I used some block text from the poem I was working on, so I hope she doesn't see that as a ploy to make my paper longer. If so, I might be looking at some bad news bears. The other one would be fine except I sorta cheated on those 21 novels I was supposed to have read for the semester. I just couldn't get them all done, so there were a couple that I sorta used Wikipedia to help me with. I just hope he doesn't pay that much attention and will let it slide.

The others are all As though, so that alone is worth celebrating. I just worry about those last two grades...

goin on a serious nastalgia trip right now. Really loved playing the Megaman Zero series. I really thought it was a very well rounded and excellent series. My favorite scene is the start of Zero 2 when you see him really beaten up and on the verge of shutting down from all the damage yet he mans up and fights some more.

I'm looking at house plans, mostly for kicks and giggles, and I'm wondering if anyone knows the point and purpose of having both a living room and a family room?

I would never, not once in a gazillion years, sit in that living room though. The family room is not only bigger, it's also more convenient for pups and kids because it's closer to the lanai and backyard and it's next to the kitchen. Sorry but I love food. xD

Maybe it's so if you have super annoying children, you can make them sit in the living room and watch Spongebob while you sit in the family room and read books?

OH MY GOSH. I just figured out what the heck is wrong with all today's kids. Darn you, popular house plans with living and family rooms!

Edit: Since I don't have kids, that random living room has been randomly designated my personal library. Indeed!

It's the same reason people need a kitchen, a dining room and a breakfast nook. Extravagance. Also, people have dens? How many common rooms do you need in a place? Liels, if I were you, I'd take the "family room" and turn it into a library.

When you julienne jalapenos for dinner, wash your hands and think you are done, then a few hours later eat a chocolate covered cherries and lick melted chocolate and cherry juice off your fingers, beware! Jalapenos are still there! Yowza!

Raenil and I learned that Dynamis-Xarcabard DC mobs just aren't worth doing, as he ended up having to spend the last ~15 minutes watching me slowly kill stuff. Luckily, the other 90 minutes were spent killing stuff that was actually worthwhile.

No Koga hands, but it was still fun learning the zone and showing him how the proc system works in there.

Maybe next time we'll manage to bring TH and get some better drops.



Unrelated, but today I had a girl tell me she has dibs on me if my girlfriend and I ever break up.

Yeah, the only way to keep that capsaicin off your hands is to wear gloves while preparing the chiles. Soap and water is not enough to make your hands spice-free.

Dynamis is a lot more fun duo than my solo attempt was. We learned a valuable lesson regarding BLM's early on too.
