I'm honestly not sure what size the games themselves are,I havent seen any rips of them anywhere online,and I dont think there is a way to check the size of the game card in the vita.....
Its just sheer greed is all. Micro SD woulda sufficed easy to keep the form factor,and at a fraction of the cost.
Is there a function or feature to do a full game card/disc install to the memory card? Would much prefer to have my games present within the device than to carry around multiple game cards depending on my mood or preferences.
No,unless you buy a digital copy off the PSN. I'd imagine if they eventually do allow installs,it will only be for decreased load times,not to "play without the disc"
Within such a margin, it is pretty absurd to presume 32 GB as a maximum capacity is remotely enough, even for an average consumer to go by, assuming they seek to use the most out of their device (ie: movies, music, pictures, etc.)

Mine will be for game save data only. Maybe DLC,although I cant see a vita game coming with DLC I want to buy. If they allow installs later on for better load times,I'll use that too obviously. And ps1/psp games that I've already downloaded on my psp/ps3. I will never need it for video/music/photos but like you said,its possible for someone wanting to carry one device and/or make the most of the vita
I suppose I went heavily based on the assumption that there was a direct download feature within the device from game cards, but I suppose the option is available via PSN with the more notable titles.
Nevertheless, Sony has made me feel like this lately.
And I don't see Microsoft's press conference for their next generation of devices to be any better.
Did you see the new teaser today? Looks like a new JPRG. More to be revealed on the 21st (same day as MS conference,coincidence? doubtful) but there is alot of speculation its the new "HUGE VITA TITLE!" teased within the last 2 weeks

Fun fact,I'm actually embarrassed to own a vita. So much so that I bought it on day of release (I know I shouldnt have,and didnt want to,but the tech junkie in me couldnt help it) and I havent told any of my RL friends still >_> over a year now. I hide the box/vita/games whenever one is coming over
